Sjøvold Multiservice is a small demolition company, and that is on purpose. We are building up our own customer base and are happy to take on both small and medium jobs, for private customers and businesses. You get the same two tradesmen from start to finish, so you know who is on the job.
Many demolition jobs are part of a bigger plan. If the garden needs a new level, we also build a retaining wall, and if there is digging to do afterwards, we handle the groundworks. If the walls must be ready for paint after interior demolition, we help with wall plastering and skim coating (pages in Danish).
Strip out before a conversion
Strip out is the part of a conversion where the old has to go before the new can come in. We break down walls and floors with the right tools and take care of what has to stay.

Demolition in Copenhagen calls for something different than a job in the countryside. In a dense city street it is about access, tight spaces and consideration for neighbours, and we plan the work accordingly. We work all over the city, in Frederiksberg and in the rest of Greater Copenhagen.
Demolition in North Zealand
In North Zealand there is often more space, but also bigger gardens and plots that need to be cleared. Here we take down sheds, carports and houses, so there is room for the next project. We are also happy to drive to Holbæk.
